Fuel oil incinerator is an incinerator with the simplest technology among all incinerators. Such incinerators are simple in technology. Due to high operating cost, usually the scale of this equipment is small, applicable to usage for intermittence operation and at places with frequent changes of water quality. Such incinerators are widely used by medium-small size of chemical industries and enterprises that would change their product orders frequently. Organic matters can be burned entirely and secondary combustion can be realized by using this kind of incinerator, which fully satisfies requirements on environmental protection.
With such a technology, waste will be burned mainly by fuel oil. The best design shall be that most of burning waste contains organic matters in high concentration, within a certain calorific value, or that burning waste shall be flammable. In order to maintain constant combustion temperature and stable burning, fuel oil shall be charged appropriately, spewing atomized organic liquid waste that are needed for combustion into the incinerator and decomposing organic matters in high temperature where carbon dioxide, water or inorganic matters will be generated, and therefore reach the purpose of safety disposal.
Exhaust gas after burning enters into chilling absorption tower, where SO2 and acid gas produced at the burning of organic matters will be absorbed by alkaline absorbent, ensuring emission of exhaust gas up to the standard. During liquid combustion, sol will be generated and molecular diameter of aerosol is quite small, most of which are below 10 micrometers. All of these prevent the entrainment of dust. After operation in chilling absorption tower, high efficiency absorption tower will be used, and then pollutant of small particles will be absorbed by utilizing venturi principles and technology of pulse nozzle. Later on absorption liquid will enter into sewage biochemical system where original liquid of absorption liquid can be used as water source by water changing of circulating water.
Above technology has become mature and stable in operation, applicable for chemical enterprises producing small high value added products.
